The EDT is the sum of processing time and shipping time. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delays can occur due to issues like design file problems, stock shortages, or shipping-related disruptions.
Multiple Shipments:
If your order contains items from different fulfillment locations, they may be shipped separately, which could result in higher shipping costs.
Customs & Duties:
For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. To minimize potential customs fees, we recommend selecting products fulfilled closer to your delivery region.
Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or misprinted.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Lost Orders:
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait an additional 5 business days as occasional delays can occur. If the order still hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship the order at your expense.
